ORDERING

Once your order is placed, in 3 business days, we will send a form to collect the wording, color selections, and return address. You will receive your first proof within 5 business days of submitting the form. Once the proof is approved, the pieces are finalized for production. Three rounds of revisions are included.

When proofs are approved, please allow 4 weeks for your package to finish production and be shipped to you. 

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $200

If your order does not meet the free shipping minimum, you will be sent an invoice to cover the cost of shipping via UPS. Shipping invoice must be completed within 7 days. Your order will ship when the shipping invoice is fulfilled. Shipping within the continental US usually ranges from $20–$45 with UPS Ground (4–7 business days). UPS 2 day shipping is also available upon request.

Pieces will arrive unassembled.

Please note that printing colors may vary between screens, paper options, and printing methods.
